A take on the classic Ovaltine Cafe sign in Vancouver's Downtown Eastside.
The cafe itself has been serving up coffee and meals since opening in 1942, and was recently named one of the Top 50 Cafes on Earth.
This is not an official collaboration with the Ovaltine, but an homage to the historical greatness of the antique sign and its place as a part of Vancouver's collective history.
This design was art directed by Rory O'Sullivan with creative direction from Andrew Samuel of St Bernadine in Chinatown.
